• All payment is taken through Paypal and prices are in USD. 
• Payment is taken up front.
• I will not do any refunds after you have received your WIP sketch and approved it.
• Refunds cannot be requested until 1 month has passed since your commission has been accepted (and no WIP sketch has been sent)

COMPLETED ART:

• I reserve the right to post your completed commission on my socials.
• If you would like your commission to not be posted publicly just ask!
• I reserve the right to use your completed commission as advertisement or example images for future commissions.
• You may edit your commission as you see fit!
• You may NOT create merchandise you intend to profit from with your commissioned image.
• You may repost your commission wherever as long as you credit any of my listed socials. My twitter is preferred (@misterfroggo)

CUSTOM DESIGNS:

• You are free to resell the design as long as I am credited for the original piece of art.
• You may edit the design as you please 
• You may ask for a .PSD file of the design for easier editing
